Now you can enjoy a tasting flight in your own home. Each kit comes with a selection of five 1.7oz/50ml servings curated into a tasting flight by our winemaker. We include an individual serving of palate-cleansing crackers and a stemless HCW logo tasting glass. . Included in your shipment will be instructions to participate in a guided tasting via Zoom with our winemaker.

NOTE: We can only ship wine to addresses in Michigan, Indiana and Illinois. Curbside pickup is available at the winery.

We offer three options:

HCW Signature Flight - We feel like this flight gives the best overall sense of HIckory Creek’s wine styles. It typcially includes a dry white, a dry rosé, a dry red and finishes with two off-dry white wines. Example flight: 2020 Pinot Gris, 2020 Dry Riesling 2019 Merlot, 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon and Rouge Doux red blend.

(SOLD OUT) Winemaker’s Select - Our winemaker handpicked these wines as his favorites for this flight. This flight leans dry and red. Example flight: 2017 Chardonnay, Tiger Lily Dry Rosé, 2019 Syrah, 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2019 Merlot.

(SOLD OUT) Patio Flight - This selection channels a warm summer day on the patio, leaning toward white wines and rosé, finsihing with a refreshing off-dry white. Example flight: 2017 Chardonnay, 2018 Pinot Blanc, Tiger Lily Dry Rosé, 2018 Seyval Blanc and Heirloom Apple Wine.

(Specific wine selection may be modified due to availability. However, the wine style will remain consistent. For example, a dry white wine may be replaced with a different dry white wine in some cases. The same wine will not be duplicated in the same kit.)

All flight selections include: Five 1.7oz (50ml) wine bottles, one .5oz individual serving of wine crackers, one stemless HCW logo glass (unless specified that you do not want the glass) and instructions for guided tasting appointment with our winemaker via Zoom.
